Lawyers (often times than not) get buried in case work, client calls, and putting out fires. They never build a predictable way to generate leads, hire and retain top talent, master their intake, or reverse-engineer their profits.
Where does that leave them?
It leaves them with a law firm that's barely getting by. Employees are quitting left and right, they have no predictable sources of leads, and they have very little (if any) time left for family or personal pursuits.
